Why Leadership Wellbeing
After 15+ years working in individual wellbeing and behaviour change, and advising organizations ranging from 100 to 30,000 employees, I kept seeing the same gap.
Leadership was being asked to carry transformation, without the capacity or support to sustain it. Not a strategy issue. A human one.
Organizational change does not succeed without leadership change first. And leadership change does not happen without addressing how leaders actually think, operate, and recover under pressure.
This is the gap my work is designed to close, by supporting leaders directly, where change actually happens.
